Shiva is a passionate HR leader with hands-on experience in various HR aspects across industries like IT, BFSI, and consulting. In his previous role at Aditya Birla Capital Ltd., he led the Human Capital function for Broking, Infrastructure Finance, and Asset Reconstruction. Prior to that, he led various HR roles in the insurance sector, including compensation and benefits and corporate HR.
